The two modes are NewYork Minute and Dead Man Walking. At the NewYork Minute, the player has to complete the level within the given amount of time. After doing so, the score of the player increases. The Dead Man Walking mode places Max in one of five scenarios. The player has to survive as long as possible while fighting with enemies.
